  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over ₹1500 For orders under ₹1000, a flat rate of ₹90 applies.
  • Delivery Time: Standard Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, while Expedited Shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Restricted Items: Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain regions. Please ensure that the items you order comply with your local regulations.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Nutruth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@nutruth.in with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

  • Return Process: If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Nutruth error or a defective product.
  • Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
