Refund policy

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. The products are returnable within 7 days return window only if you've received them in a condition that is physically damaged or defective.

  2. In the event of client cancelled the order from their end due to any reason he or she shall NOT be eligible for a refund

  3. Return will be processed only if:
    - It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    - The product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    -The product is returned in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, and MRP tag intact)Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect flavour ordered by the customer.

  4. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

  5. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the same item in stock.

  6. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns.

  7. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs in case of exchanges or returns
